Company Communication and Development Milestones

2008: KPMG implements the Career Talk show over the Corporate eBroadcast network in an agreement which runs through December of 2009.

2007: Release of turnkey eBroadcast System package that combines eRadio, ePresentations and eLearning into one low-cost communications delivery and management system.

2004: Business Best Practices Radio debuts to help refine how eRadio can be used with rapid multimedia self-authoring and eLearning to create a more customer time-efficient and effective knowledge delivery system. Use for companies is also beta tested with alliance partner wsRadio for IBM and USPS.

2003: Rapid PowerPoint Authoring Tool released as the simplest 4 button tool to allow any non-technical content expert to rapidly create “Flash” presentations (high quality and low bandwidth that will play in 98% of all browsers).  Solves major problem of companies not being able to cost and time effectively develop content to transmit to their customers (prospects, clients, employees, partners).

2001: Release of MentorU’s first Enterprise eLearning Management System (LMS) to chain of 350 locations.  Followed by larger implementation in 2003 that has represented 500 locations and 23,000 participants (smallest customer one location and 50 employees).

1999: MentorU is founded as a "dba" of InContact Systems. Forty-one Business Best Practice Experts form the original Founding Faculty.

1998: Decision is made to develop web based knowledge portal and hosted delivery system rather than company installed software.  This followed a few years of seeking funding to expand our CRM System into a contextual mentoring system for salespeople that could compete with Seibel.

1991: InContact Systems. Inc. is founded to develop retail Sales Force Automation system (InContact) for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) – sold to over 500 retail locations.
